PFP (Passive Fire Protection) coatings are used extensively throughout the oil, gas and petrochemical industries to protect safety critical structures and equipment from the ever-present threat of hydrocarbon hazards such as spills, explosions and fires. We bring PPG PITT-CHAR XP system which is uniquely suited to protection against such hazards. Based on flexible epoxy intumescent technology, this type of coating is designed to expand upon exposure to heat into an insulating protective char. This prevents steel from heating up rapidly and delays the loss of load-bearing capacity and integrity – buying crucial time for personnel to escape and limiting asset and environmental damage.

We bring in ProAssure Wrap which is an overwrap repair system based on high strength composite materials for onshore and offshore applications. ProAssure Wrap is developed for quick in-suit cost effective repairs. The product application is flexible for tight access and complex shaped piping or pipelines. The repair system can restore the functionality of corroded and leaking pipelines whilst providing protection against further corrosion attack.
